The flat scenic course travels down and back along the beautiful Cape Cod Canal. Ample parking is available. There will be two water stations along the route. Prizes will be awarded to male and female runners in each of six age groups: Pup (19 and under), Yearling (20-29), Juvenile (30-39), Sub-Adult (40-49), Adult (50-59), and Senior (60+), as well as the overall winners.
