Join in a conversation with artist Anna Kristina Goransson about her current exhibit at Dedee Shattuck Gallery. Anna Kristina Goransson’s work bridges the spaces between sculpture, textiles, and installation art. She hand dyes and felts wool into brightly colored sculptures based on fungi, leaves, petals, nests and vines; creating textile sculptures reminiscent of the natural world and its structure. Goransson’s biotic and tactile works will crawl throughout our gallery, over the floor and up the walls.
