This year, in addition to our traditional sumptuous brunch menu, the Museum is
pleased to add a special first course offering featuring a sampling of scallop recipes
from Scallops: A New England Coastal Cookbook by Karin and Elaine Tammi. This
mother-daughter author team will be at the brunch to talk about their cookbook, which
artfully weaves together a collection of New England’s very best scallop recipes with
interviews from Nantucket bay scallop fishermen, marine scientists, world-renowned
chefs, shuckers, and sea scallopers. The hardcover cookbooks will be offered for sale for

are $50, or purchase a sponsorship ticket at $100 per person and receive a signed copy
of Scallops: A New England Coastal Cookbook. Proceeds from the brunch underwrite
the cost of student educational programming at the Museum, offered to more than 2,000
students annually.
