Honor and Remember America's heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice
The Town of Westport Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022, starting at 9:30 AM.
Parade starts with a brief ceremony at the WW I monument at the Town Hall (816 Main Road), then proceeds south down Main Road to Beech Grove Cemetery (974 Main Road). Participants should muster in the Town Hall parking lot no later than 9 AM.
Service members, veterans, veterans’ organizations, Gold Star families, Scout troops, school bands, Westport Police and Fire departments, color guards, civic organizations, and elected officials are invited to march in the parade.
Ceremony to follow at the flag pole in the Veterans section at approximately 10 AM.
Refreshments in the Town Hall Annex Gym after ceremony (856 Main Road, back of building).
